Please take the following policies into consideration for your Identity Jewelry Co. purchase.


Each piece sold by Identity Jewelry Company is hand-stamped. With this in mind, lettering, spacing, and other characters will not be perfectly straight, aligned, or spaced. The authenticity of these and other handcrafted products lies in the fact that no two pieces - even the same product - are exactly alike.


Identity Jewelry Company is a brand based on the Identity that we have in Christ. Our values are reflected in every aspect of our business. We do not stamp profane or inappropriate language or symbols. We also maintain the right to our use of discretion with custom and personalized orders.

Care & Cleaning

We use a variety of metals, including aluminum, brass, copper, gold-filled, pewter, silver-filled, and sterling silver. Among these, brass, copper and sterling silver tarnish naturally. With this in mind, please store your jewelry in a dry, cool place when it is not being worn. We also suggest removing your jewelry prior to swimming or showering. Use the cleaning cloth provided with your purchase to clean your jewelry.


We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

You know the old adage "If mama's not happy, nobody's happy?" The same goes for us! If you are not happy with your purchase, we're not happy and we want to fix it.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Please complete the Return & Exchange Form. We will be in touch immediately after receiving the form.

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Examples of these products are those that bear names, initials, significant dates, etc.

Exceptions are made, of course, for any products with defects or errors made by Identity Jewelry Co.


For repairs, please complete the Repair Form. We will be in touch immediately after receiving the form.

Order Status, Shipping, & Tracking

Order fulfillment typically takes 3-5 days and varies with each order's intricacies. You will receive an email when your order is received as well as when it is complete. We ship orders using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping, which takes up to 3 days and includes tracking and insurance. When your order is shipped, you will receive a final email with tracking information.

Sales & Promotions

Sales and promotions are valid for the stated promotional period only. Sales prices and promotions do not apply to previously purchased products. Only one promotional offer can be used at a time.
